Bad experience but above all a scam. It is not remotely comparable to the images on the site, not to mention the non-existent services. SPA: 20€ for a cold and dirty pool with a broken whirlpool. Small sauna and steam room without steam. Emotional desserts, ICE Dinner: on the website it says à la carte is actually a buffet. Cheap, cold food, mostly frozen stuff. Room: old but clean, a bit damp. Not even a plastic cup to drink a sip of water. Okay breakfast, hard to miss that too.

Very cold in the room and lots of noise in the room. The food was the same all the time as pasta and semi-finished pastry for a week as breakfast and dinner. In the dining room cold. Do not recommend the hotel for children family. I can give the hotel a * Tableware not good and the cook useless. Find another hotel. No more in that place.

Starting from the dilapidated structure, the room resembles a barracks room with broken furniture, television difficult to see, no decoration and uncomfortable beds, unstocked and poor toiletries, the lobby with antique furniture, the elevator and ski rooms very small. As for the dinner buffet, it was sparse, cold, of poor quality and quantity, the breakfast was slightly better but always poor and cheap. Staff available but not very professional, apart from the receptionist very polite and helpful. We did not try the pool for inconvenience being in another facility. Another negative note to report is the not powerful wii fii. in summary it is not worth the price at all, we will definitely not return
