From the moment we walked into this beautiful villa, the service was impeccable. As I checked in, I realized I left my passport at the previous hotel, 2 hours away. The staff immediately sprang into action, contacting the other hotel and ensuring my passport was secure. They sent a driver to pick up my passport, which saved my day and my trip. Upon checkout, they refused payment. This service would have been over the top if they charged me. But the fact that they did this free of charge was truly incredible. We had lunch at the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious. The service was five Star. We met the owner and learned he is always onsite. Stay at this beautiful hotel. You will feel a level of pampering and service that is rare in today's world.

Arriving from a long motorcycle trip we were pleasantly impressed by the PERFECT management of this property!!! Wonderful location... a historic villa surrounded by greenery where you can enjoy a truly relaxing atmosphere!! Professional but kind and smiling staff, a splendid spa, top-level restaurant!!! Nothing is left to chance The Transfer service to reach the Trento Festival is top-notch! We stayed for two days and chose this location to celebrate our wedding anniversary... we were pampered 360 degrees!! Thank you ❤️
