Stayed, fortunately not at this hotel, but was as a guest and skier in the area. Have to agree with previous reviews here greed has a face. We took a drink that was served in paper cups. Gluwien, hot chocolate (which was barely warm) and coffee all in paper. Still not cheap. In addition, a special code was needed to use the toilet, which was only given if you shopped. When visiting the toilet after scanning the code, there was no lighting so it was difficult to find your way in. Got the impression that they don't want guests

This season, the completely pointless and rather dangerous diversion is back in place. The owner is continuing his little war against the general public. The company does not respond to email inquiries. The security employed is also rather low-class. It just helps to avoid this nonsense and not to consume anything in this hotel.

As for the location, you can't expect anything better, located right on the slopes, it's the best you could wish for if you're a ski or snowboard enthusiast! As regards the breakfast time, it appears to be too late (at 8:00) compared to the opening of the lifts which is at 8:30. The fact that skypasses cannot be obtained directly in the structure is unforgivable, given its location. Furthermore, during the booking phase it was not at all clear that the parking for the car was located in the valley and that therefore it was necessary to get on the cable car with all the luggage... decidedly inconvenient. Another sore point is the fact that the ski lift closes at 4.30pm and afterwards you can only go up or down at 5pm, 6pm, 7pm and perhaps 8pm. All this is very limiting for those who want to go down for dinner in the village or simply for a walk in the centre. Considering that the hotel is a 4 star I would say that these things are not acceptable.
