Sporthotel Gran Baita

What an incredible experience!! My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. We just can't say enough about the friendly staff and attention to detail!! My husband has Celiac and they are extremely accommodating. It really made our vacation even more enjoyable! This property is not only beautiful but the amenities are fabulous! From the sparkling water and Nespresso, robes, slippers and decor in the room.....this place is first class. Can't imagine staying somewhere else!! Already wanting to go back!

The food was good, but the rest was a real disappointment. Wellness area managed in an approximate way, staff with obviously little experience, sauna and Turkish bath without adequate control, and relaxation areas in chaos. For a property that wants to position itself at a certain level, such service is simply unacceptable.

The guides were excellent for the walking and bike tours. Everything about the hotel was 1st class. Dinner menu was a little confusing at first
