Meranerhof

Meranerhof and its beautiful surroundings left a particularly warm impression on my wife and me. The excellent service, delicious breakfast, and dinner made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. What stood out most was genuine person attention. Even the director came by during breakfast to ask how our day had been. This felt exceptionally welcoming and immediately made us feel truly at home. We look back on our stay with great pleasure and would be delighted to return to Meranerhof.

Every vacation at the Meranerhof is a true experience of well-being, relaxation, and hospitality, to be experienced each time with greater enthusiasm. Surely everything is the result of a marked interest in the guests who become "at home," but above all of the care that is truly professionally and impeccably lavished by the management and all the staff, always and always with a smile, all in an elegant and very comfortable environment, as well as interesting and satisfying for the wellness aspect too. The pool, covered and very well-kept, opens onto a lush and well-equipped garden, offering the possibility to spend time quietly as well as to enjoy the sun and the beautiful colors that surround the entire environment. The varied and refined cuisine interprets tradition in a more international way as well to be able to satisfy all tastes; the breakfast offers a truly stratospheric variety, with the tasting of many breads and typical desserts. All this in a finely furnished dining room that opens onto a cool and bright outdoor area. For four years now, at the beginning of September, we have spent a few days in this splendid city and in this beautiful hotel to end our vacation in the most satisfying way before returning to the tumultuous life of our city. A heartfelt thank you to everyone, always very kind, to the highly prepared and very nice Manager Ladies, to the attentive and professional staff in every area who truly make us spend a beautiful and happy vacation, with the certainty that we will return next time as well.

I stayed for two days at this important hotel in the center of Merano and the experience was positive. It is a large and elegant structure equipped with every comfort with the possibility of having a paid garage about 100 meters away. The superior room assigned to me was spacious, as was the bathroom with two windows. The bed was comfortable and the cleanliness impeccable. I was a bit disappointed with both the dinners and the breakfast: I specify that the dining room was beautiful and the waiters were very courteous, elegant and discreetly present; the maître d' was friendly, attentive and very experienced. The dinners, however, did not meet my tastes and the morning breakfast was also average without a wide choice for both sweet and savory options. From a 4-star hotel I would have expected a bit more. Finally, I add that the maître d' made himself available to change the menu dishes without any problems. In conclusion, I was satisfied with the exception of what was highlighted above.
