Grand Hotel Terme

Charming place, surrounded by a wonderful park, pleasant spa and pools, a very relaxing place with helpful staff and quality food.

I have been coming to this hotel for 7 years for psoriasis treatment, located within the thermal park, it is a place of peace, the structure is pleasant, the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and relaxing, the spa has everything you need, and what can I say about the staff, the lifeguard Brian is very kind and ready to assist with any request, the waiters Thomas, Mirella, and Renata pamper you with every little attention.

This second experience, after a few years since the previous one, confirmed how pleasant and relaxing it is to spend a vacation at the Grand Hotel Terme di Comano, especially considering its strategic location for visiting various places or points of interest within a 30/40 km radius. Our room was very spacious, and the furnishings were functional; a large walk-in closet and the king-size bed provided extra comfort, the bathroom was not huge and the shower stall was modest in size for a hotel of this category, but everything was extremely clean. The parking is ample, but in peak season, I believe it is not easy for all guests to find a free spot. The park in which the hotel is located is very well-kept and well-equipped, suitable for walking or physical activities, and there is a refreshment point with outdoor tables and games for children. The spa area is nice, mostly indoors but also equipped with two outdoor pools. I found the cuisine improved compared to the previous time, with very well-prepared dishes that are pleasing to the eye; in particular, I greatly appreciated two dinners, and my favorite dish was the "Venison Ossobuco with smoked paprika, polenta flan with leek and potatoes, reduced with cocoa and coffee" (I regret not having photographed it, it was also beautiful), but others would also have been worthy of mention. The end-of-stay dinner was not up to par. The prices on the wine list were quite high. There were multiple daily activities, but unfortunately none after dinner, which tends to lead to a bit of boredom in the evening. Overall, it was a nice stay; however, we encountered some errors both in the room services and in the restaurant, which I believe were due to the adjustment period following the recent reopening of the facility after the winter break.
