A truly spectacular week. Hotel in a strategic location, clean rooms, excellent breakfast and restaurant. Indoor and outdoor pool in a strategic location in front of the Sasso Piatto. What can I say, everything was truly perfect to make the customer feel at ease. Well done to everyone.

During every stay of ours over the last 3 years, there have been super improvements. Everything was great again (food, cleanliness, etc.) Certainly (in our opinion) the best location on the Seiser Alm and the best value for money!

I stayed for Valentine's Day. Hotel in an excellent location. The renovated and cozy room gives off the scent of wood; spacious and well-finished bathroom. The renovated hotel lounge is elegant and spacious. Medium-sized spa, nice pool but children diving in; a lifeguard or at least supervision by hotel staff would be needed. The small outdoor pool is nice. Common areas of the hotel a bit dated. Overall, given the price (over 250 euros per day per person, it being Valentine's Day), one would expect a little more, but it is still a valid hotel.
