Seiser Alm Plaza

We chose a room with balcony. The room was quite noisy as it 'looks over the area where there are' commercial activities (ebike rental). Polite and friendly staff and clean, but 80s style rooms with miserable bathroom. Good breakfast, enough dinner. The value for money 'absolutely unsatisfactory.

Old and small rooms, kitchen from 0 to 0, high price. The dpa lowercase and half nn working. The staff didn't even help me get my suitcase to my room. For more than €350 a night, I expected much more.

I spent 3 days with the family in this beautiful property which is in a really strategic location and with stunning views. The Spa is very nice and as in the rest of the hotel the cleanliness and order are at the top. Warm and comfortable rooms. Dinner and breakfast of excellent quality with great choice for all palates. The staff and 'very kind and helpful. I must emphasize the extreme kindness of the girl at the Reception who upon my arrival promptly helped me as I had caused a small cut in my hand.
