Ordered a filet with grilled vegetables and asked for it well-done, it arrived completely charred, a very tough shoe sole, and the vegetables completely raw. I am attaching photos. RUINED DINNER

We had a Rosenbaum junior suite (room 106), with a somewhat strange layout with a small narrow separate TV room that lead to the balcony. In the main section of the room there was a bay-windowed area with a table and two chairs – a very nice feature in the room. It was on the first floor and privacy was a slight issue unless you pulled the curtains in the evening (we always prefer not to have to do that). But it was a nice spacious room – the bathroom likewise (but with the same privacy issue). The shower was strangely small for such a large room. It’s a rather fancy hotel, quite modern. When we arrived, our names were on one of the cards hanging on the “welcome tree”, a nice touch. It did make us feel welcome – clearly we were expected :-) We were offered prosecco when we checked in. Breakfast was good with waitress service at the tables.

A small, refined hotel. Warm welcome. Quietly located in the middle of Nals. Everything fits perfectly. The rooms, the breakfast, and dinner were of the finest quality. Great staff!
