We stayed for 4 nights and, unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing compared to our expectations.
The room we were assigned, despite being indicated as "mountain view," actually overlooked the trash area and the fire escape. This is certainly not what one expects when a mountain view room is offered.
Furthermore, the room was close to the elevator and service areas, and we experienced frequent noise, in addition to an annoying odor coming from the drain.
I did not point out these problems immediately during the stay because it was high season, I am not a person who tends to complain about everything, and, initially, I thought the noises were occasional. After four nights, however, I realized that was not the case and therefore reported everything at check-out. Despite this, no discount was granted to us, nor was any commercial gesture proposed.
The management of the SPA also left me puzzled: only one towel is provided per adult and no towel for the child, so you necessarily have to share one towel between two people to dry off. I understand and share the importance of adopting more sustainable behaviors and paying attention to resource consumption, especially in a mountain location, but I believe that providing a towel for the child as well is a basic necessity and not an excess. It would be more understandable to ask guests to reuse their towels during their stay, rather than not providing one for the child.
Another thing that left me puzzled is the 3/4 board. Personally, I expected a service that offered something more structured. In reality, what is offered as a snack consists mainly of a few trays of pizza, some desserts, and drinks. In my opinion, it is more of an afternoon snack than a service that justifies, at least in the customer's expectations, the definition of 3/4 board. In this case as well, I believe it would be more correct to clearly describe what the service includes, so as to avoid different expectations on the part of the guests.
Overall, what disappointed me the most was the lack of attention to detail and guest comfort. After four nights and considering the various problems encountered, I would have expected greater willingness from the property to accommodate the customer, even simply through a small commercial discount as a courtesy, given the inconvenience reported.

Pros:
Truly kind staff in every department: waiters, bartender Leonardo, reception, entertainment... everyone always helpful and friendly. Excellent organization of the excursions, divided by level and explained every evening by an expert guide, who also makes the after-dinner time pleasant with his singing. We also really liked it when he sang together with Giulia. The entertainment for children is also very well taken care of, with a rich weekly program: tournaments, climbing, a dedicated spa, an optional night in a mountain hut, and much more. Very good food, clean environments, a nice spa, and pleasant relaxation and guided meditation events. Water is always included, a detail we really appreciated.
Cons:
The 3/4 board formula is different from what we are used to in Trentino. There is no buffet lunch provided, but only a snack from 3:30 PM with yogurt, some savory options (sandwiches, pizza, cold cuts... on rotation), bread, Nutella, cereal, apples, and cake. To have lunch at the hotel, you have to order à la carte or prepare sandwiches to take away during breakfast (from 3 euros). We also chose the room based on the photos, but once we arrived, we discovered that it did not match: two TVs and a second bathroom in the room were indicated. At the reception, it was explained to us that these were old photos.
Another aspect that left us perplexed concerns the bathrobes for the spa: in a facility with a wellness center, we would have expected at least one free change during the stay, while 10 euros was requested for the change. Consequently, we used the same bathrobe for the whole week, often still damp because it could not dry completely, and this was not particularly comfortable.
The children's menu could be more varied and the Wi-Fi is rather poor in the room; furthermore, when changing areas of the hotel, it is necessary to log in again.

We stayed at this hotel during the summer with our children and had a truly wonderful time. A perfect facility for families, where everything is designed to make both adults and children feel at ease.
Comfortable rooms, excellent cuisine, well-kept environments, and above all, a welcoming and family-like atmosphere. The staff was always kind, helpful, and attentive to the children's needs.
We also really appreciated the location, ideal for enjoying the beauty of Trentino and organizing many excursions and outdoor activities.
It was a relaxing vacation full of beautiful moments spent together with our children. We will definitely return: a hotel that we truly recommend to all families looking for quality, hospitality, and a child-friendly environment!
