This beautiful building has been closed for a few years. No sign of it reopening yet unfortunately.
You can still walk around the lovely gardens.
I would definitely visit if it reopens - looks like a very grand, historic building from outside.

Ancient historic residence used as a hotel. The structure is impressive and immersed in a beautiful park where the Levico Christmas markets are currently located. It has an outdoor swimming pool (open in summer) and an indoor one (open all year round). Parking, which is exclusively covered, is subject to a fee (€6 per day). Check-in rather quick (the rooms, as anticipated when booking, are assigned no earlier than 3pm). Large room with classic furnishings. Unfortunately, some standard accessories that are now present even in lower category hotels such as a kettle or a coffee machine are missing. Soundproofing of the rooms was not satisfactory (noises from the adjacent room and from the rooms on the upper floor could be heard. Indoor swimming pool with deckchairs not enough for all guests at the busiest times. The pride of the structure is the restaurant. Friendly and professional staff Well-presented dishes with excellent quality ingredients at dinner. Varied international breakfast. Overall, very good value for money.

It only has the name of a grand hotel and its ancient glories of Imperial. Fascinating structure from the outside and conveniently located within the park and a stone's throw from the centre. Inside, however, the charm fades. Room sold as a "suite" but in reality it is simply a mezzanine, Caribbean temperature and decidedly old bathroom. Rough cleaning. A plug fell under the sofa bed (so perhaps only opened for the occasion) and we found the balls of dust. Welcoming swimming pool, luckily we didn't find any external ones, but the hydromassage was unusable for 2 days out of 3 due to scalding water. However, I must add that nothing is missing for breakfast and the dining room staff is professional.
The icing on the cake was that they were smart by charging an extra day's tourist tax. If they do it with everyone...
Is worth? Maybe for 1 or 2 nights if you are a Sissi fan
