One of the best gastronomic experiences I have ever had in Trento. At Orso Grigio nothing is left to chance, from the impeccable welcome to the elegance of the environment, up to a cuisine that manages to surprise with every course. Every dish is a perfect balance between creativity, technique, and enhancement of local raw materials. Authentic flavors, well-kept presentations, and an attention to detail that really makes the difference. The service is professional, discreet, and capable of making you feel pampered from start to finish. I will be back soon

We had a truly beautiful stay at the Hotel Orso Grigio. There were two of us with our Italian greyhound Creed, and we immediately felt welcome. It is always a pleasure to find establishments that naturally welcome our four-legged friends as well. The dining room is elegant, warm, and detailed, creating a truly special atmosphere. The dinner was exceptional, but a special mention goes to the pumpkin tortelli: simply WOW! Among the best I have ever eaten. Kind staff, impeccable service, and an environment where we truly felt at home. An experience we will remember with pleasure and that we recommend without a doubt. We, myself, my wife, and Creed, will definitely return!

As per the title. Small boutique hotel (about ten rooms) with attached dining in a quiet location. Easy access from various entry roads. View and panorama are not too exceptional. Convenient free covered parking. Good welcome. Received an upgrade due to overbooking. Interior furnishings and room decor are quite dated, although of good quality. Several details do not meet the rating, especially in the bathroom and similarly the breakfast service. The latter is valid but quite basic and not very varied. Old generation TV, sufficient WiFi. Air conditioning could be improved. It is very interesting that each room (even on the upper floors) has its own reserved space in the garden with 2 sun loungers and a tented area. Friendly and professional staff. Good value for money. A good destination, although several details could be improved.
