The hotel could be the best: clean, tidy, brand new spa, underground parking in front, central location. Too bad about the inattentive and very impolite attitude of the owners (also read the reviews on Google and especially the tone of their responses) and the mattresses. Be careful if you have intolerances: they took away a dish already served and the next evening I felt very ill because of another one, in which they denied the presence of chili pepper, but symptoms and history leave little doubt. These critical issues make it unthinkable for us to return and recommend the property.

Beautiful property in the center. The spa is excellent, but given the presence of small children who were making noise, there wasn't the relaxation that there should be. The restaurant and all the staff are excellent. Except for the vacuuming at 7:40 AM that woke us up.

Unfortunately, our stay was not to our liking, as there are several things that price and quality for a 4-star hotel are not right. If you want to sleep with 3 adults in a room, there is a normal double bed and a sofa/sofa bed. The latter is not intended for adults, but that is used as standard in this hotel??! I read earlier in a review, that the rooms are spacious, but that is certainly not the case when you talk about the 'old' rooms. The 2-floor rooms are very stuffy/small! The waiters in the restaurant were not always friendly and sometimes even curt, asking (?) if you wanted a drink! We are not used to that from Italians and that turned out to be different in other restaurants. The wellness in the hotel was very nice, spacious and plenty of choice. Too bad there were also small children all the time! Maybe an idea to set a certain time for (small) children, that would do the rest in the wellness. Well, at least we're not going here anymore.
