Alpin Panorama Hotel Hubertus

Another absolute gem in the Dolomites. Hotel Hubertus is one of those places where the pictures honestly don't do it justice—which is saying something because this may be one of the most Instagrammable hotels we have ever stayed at. Everywhere you turn there is another incredible view or architectural detail that makes you want to pull out your camera. The architecture is phenomenal, the setting is breathtaking, and the pools and spas are truly world-class. Those famous suspended pools overlooking the mountains are every bit as spectacular in person as they look in photos. It is another family-owned hotel, and you can feel that personal touch throughout the entire property. It is incredibly well run, and every member of the staff we encountered was warm, friendly and genuinely seemed happy to have us there. The spa experience was one of our favorite parts of the stay. There are so many beautiful saunas, pools and relaxation areas, but the evening guided sauna rituals were something really special. Sitting in a hot aromatherapy sauna while the sauna master performs the towel rituals to music was an experience all its own—and something we looked forward to every evening. A special shout-out to Rolf at the bar, who took wonderful care of us and made our evenings even more fun. 🍸 The location is also fantastic. You're surrounded by the beauty of the Dolomites with easy access to incredible hiking and sightseeing, and beautiful Lake Braies is close enough for an easy day trip. You could spend your days exploring the mountains or never leave the hotel and be completely happy. Between the spectacular architecture, incredible pools, world-class spa, beautiful views and wonderful staff, Hubertus is a destination all by itself. We absolutely loved our stay and would return without hesitation

This is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Someone had very careful curated the whole experience from the rooms - like the beach bag with towels, slippers and robes, to the dining room to the pool/sauna areas. We had fantastic spa treatments. The staff conducting the activities were awesome. Fabian was a lot fun, and made our experience. Jana was very kind and informative, she was a pleasure. Our waiter at dinner, Christian, was excellent. He had our drinks ready to go when we arrived each night, welcomed us with a big friendly smile, and always took the time to chat to us and get to know us. We have requested him as our waiter for the next visit. The reception staff were always very very friendly, had all the answers and were willing to help. We loved being greeted by the family at dinner each night. It was so great to see them working in the hotel. The rest of staff ALWAYS acknowledged you when passing in the halls or in the restaurant. It was such a nice touch. The whole experience felt homely and welcoming. It encouraged guests to talk to each other - if you wanted to, which was really nice. We also loved guessing how our bed was to be made up each day - every day the pillows and blanket were different. We loved the big sized bathroom towels and the ability to chrome cast onto the tv. We honestly loved our stay and highly recommend. A couple of comments: - Our spa treatment appointments were changed without anyone telling us. We understand the reason for the change and that’s not a problem. It was the lack of communication. - it may be a legal requirement to have irons in the laundry room, if so, we accept this. If not, an iron in each room would be amazing. - we understand the hotel reason for charging for water at lunch and dinner. But we don’t think this is reasonable. None of these comments effect our overall highly positive review of this hotel. We will be coming back
