Subject: Feedback regarding my stay (09/05/2026–09/09/2026) – Disappointing service / Room 301 Dear Sir or Madam, Since you present yourselves as a 5-star hotel on your website and I paid a correspondingly large amount of money for this stay, I would like to provide you with honest and nuanced feedback regarding my stay from September 5 to September 9, 2026, and in particular regarding my dinner on September 6. The positive aspects first: Your establishment looks back on 25 years, the ambiance is beautiful, the nature in South Tyrol is dreamlike, and the food as part of our 5-course meal was also delicious. In addition, the other staff members at the hotel were consistently very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the impression during dinner on September 6 was marred by a serious service error. After the first courses, I waited in vain for the dessert I had already ordered (a sorbet, which is prepared in the patisserie and requires no significant preparation time). When I stood up disappointed after a 10-minute wait, the responsible waitress, Ms. Kinga, rudely called out to me as she walked by: "You must have patience." The manager I spoke to, Ms. Judith, merely reacted by offering me a different table directly. There was no real, sincere apology from Ms. Kinga or on the part of the restaurant management at any time. Although Ms. Judith has been working in this hotel of this price range for a very long time, this reaction was completely unprofessional. A mere table change does not replace real complaint management. An apology is absolutely essential in this situation. This behavior in no way corresponds to a 5-star hotel – in establishments of this category, only trained personnel should act professionally. I expect the management to seriously address this incident internally. Sincerely, Ms. Wagner

Simply again from A to Z to our complete satisfaction. Upon arrival, we were offered that the vehicle would be driven into the parking garage and luggage brought to the room. Breakfast, afternoon buffet, and dinner, first-class. The only shame is that there is no longer any Prosecco in the morning. Friendliness of the staff is top, as well as the service in the dining room and at the bar. Michael and Bojan give very good wine recommendations and are connoisseurs. Regarding cleanliness, there is absolutely nothing to complain about. A wonderful place to spend a vacation and to enjoy.

I returned for the third consecutive year to the Hotel Mirabell in Valdaora, a splendid 5-star property that, again this year, has reconfirmed itself as a true certainty. The rooms are elegant, refined and cared for in every detail, but what makes the stay truly special is the atmosphere you breathe: you immediately feel at home thanks to the extraordinary kindness of Mrs. Judith and the entire staff, always attentive, helpful and smiling. A special round of applause, as always, goes to the kitchen which manages to outdo itself every year with gourmet, creative and top-level dishes. A true culinary experience that accompanies and enriches the stay. An honorable mention again this year goes to Kinga, who for all 9 days accompanied me on this culinary journey with great kindness, helpfulness and friendliness. A presence that made every moment at the table even more pleasant. And then there are the pools and SPA, simply fantastic. A shout-out also to the girls at the spa, who are excellent at massages and always professional. The best thing, however, is that feeling of being pampered from morning to night, in a very classy yet at the same time familiar and welcoming environment. By now there are many people I know and others I have had the pleasure of meeting during these stays, and this makes every return even more special. I just got home and I already can't wait to return next year. Heartfelt thanks to the entire Mirabell team! See you soon!
