Excellent hotel near the center, the food is great, very kind staff, spa with two hot tubs, two saunas including one outdoor with a breathtaking view, Turkish bath, and sensory showers. The hotel organizes beautiful excursions with a very well-trained guide. Small but comfortable room, the only drawback was the uncomfortable pillows; we solved it by asking for an extra pillow.

I am not in the habit of writing reviews about trips and stays, but in this case I could not help it. What distinguishes the hotel is certainly not just the services it offers, which are excellent by the way (facility, location, cleanliness, etc.), but the human quality of the people who run and manage it. The entire staff works and strives above and beyond to make the guests feel good. We were a large group of CAI members (a full 59) and everyone proved to be extremely satisfied with the stay and the treatment received. The family atmosphere that you breathe from the start, the thoughtfulness and promptness in resolving specific needs, the kindness and smiles that accompany the owners and employees... the Vian family with dad Luciano, mom Rita and their children Andrea and Michele, the highly efficient secretary Eleonora, the polite and smiling waitress/bartender Elena. A special mention must then be made for the excellent restaurant service of chef Michele and his wife (whose name I unfortunately do not remember): speed of service, appearance and presentation of the dishes, very tasty food and, as much as possible, respectful of the local culinary tradition, the attention to specific nutritional needs, in short, truly EXCEPTIONAL (I am attaching a photo of the restaurant satisfaction survey from our members). Finally, a special thanks to Andrea Vian, who from the very first contacts in February proved to be helpful, kind, welcoming and, no small thing, knowledgeable about the mountains, truly no. 1! In short...seeing is believing!!!

Just returned from a beautiful week in Val di Fassa. With friends, we stayed in this beautiful hotel where you can breathe in friendliness and care. The managers are formidable, they organize excursions and fun evenings for the guests, the staff is very kind. The cuisine is definitely the extra touch, you eat really well. Thank you We will return
