We do I start ? When we got there we had to use google translate with the front desk, at the beginning it was fine. So we booked a room for two people for 3 nights, half bored. It stated it was a 4 star hotel that is why we booked at the hotel. The room was okay but the tap in the so called kitchen was leaking. The first day we wanted to use the swimming pool but it was like a hostel, and the walls on the stairs look they havent been washed in a hundred years. The food on the first night was horrendous, you aren’t allowed to ask for anything else. When we asked why our room did not have wifi they said it is the whole building, after checking it was only our room and the ome next to it. We asked for a different room amd the manager got involved and said it is not possible, although the hotel was not finally we had enough and asked for a refund, the owner got called and we got shouted on in Italian in-front of other guests. His associate got called and said we can get half the refund which we happily accepted just to get out of there. We left our details twice and in email but to no reply and no refund. The 4 star hotel is actually a 2 star place. It is very out dated and old, with no one ever maintaining the place. The walls are dirty at the dining room, and the tables look like they came out of world war 2. The staff is rude especially the owner. We never got our refund and we get no reply on emails. I urge people not to stay here.
