A Point Arezzo Park Hotel

For a 4-star hotel, I did not encounter service befitting such a hotel...

Stayed for one night. Convenient location as it is right at the highway exit, but the positive aspects end there. Large facility and not even dated, but poorly maintained. Colors and design (all black, white, gray, metal) that do not make the rooms welcoming at all. Indoor and outdoor common areas poorly maintained and not very clean. Furnishings in the large lobby and in the hallways, equal to zero. Carpet significantly stained and poorly maintained. In general, you do not smell cleanliness. We found the room tidy and clean enough, but moving the curtain (full of holes) the windows were dirty, there were small spider webs between the window and curtains and, something truly horrible, the entire floor of the first-floor balcony that the room overlooked was overflowing with bird droppings. Such negligence is not acceptable for a four-star hotel, just as it would not be for a boarding house. It is the details that make the difference, but here there are truly too many obvious flaws. The TV in the room was unusable because the remote control was missing a battery. There are no lights on the two bedside tables but only spotlights on the ceiling, so you either keep all the lights on or turn them all off. If you get up at night, you will need to turn on all the lights from the button located in the center of the headboard area of the bed. The furniture, even in the rooms, is very minimal. No closet, just an open coat rack. Basic breakfast and barely sufficient for a hotel that claims to be a four-star. Overall it can be fine for a one-night stopover but not more.

We stayed for one night and I can say that we had a very good experience. One of the best things is the location: you step out and you are immediately on the highway. Furthermore, the hotel is equipped with many Tesla superchargers. The breakfast was not very well-stocked, acceptable. The espresso, however, was really good. During this night that we spent, we did not have any problems with outside noise; the hotel is truly quiet. I found the bed very comfortable, which is difficult to find in hotels. Furthermore, the hotel was in a modern style, especially the room, which to tell the truth I personally liked, but we had some problems with the TV. Very helpful and friendly staff. I would go back. Well done and thank you for the service.
