Borgo Palace Hotel

Group trip. The structure appears welcoming, but once inside the room, the temperature is polar (thanks to the week of bad weather), estimated at 12-14 degrees. I try to set the thermostat to heat, but nothing happens, so I go down to the reception, and after mentioning the problem, I am told: it's obvious the heating is off because it has been prohibited (by whom?) since April 20th. As a result, even though I slept (and only for one night) "practically dressed" (in the room, there was a very thin and useless blanket in the closet), I returned to the city with a sore throat and a cold. By the way, we were a large group of friends, and many complained about the same issue. A terrible experience.
