As other reviewers have said, this B&B is in a very convenient location in the center of Cortona. It is in an historic building that has been beautifully restored and the decor of the rooms is lovely. I would actually rate this place a 3.5 as, while the room itself seemed quite clean, some aspects of the bathroom were overloooked, like the dust covered shelf. As is typical when staying in most any town center, there was a fair amount of street noise until around midnight so if you are a light sleeper this might be an issue. Breakfast at the bar was basic but good and the bar staff are great. I highly recommened returning for dinner. Parking can be challenging in Cortona if there is any sort of festival going on. There are some lots scattered around outside the city walls, but not a whole lot of parking spaces. We parked on the street along the walls outside the city gate at the end of Via Dardano, without any problems.

What a lovely place, very central, staff very nice and helpful,perfect for a short stay in Cortona.Breakfast served on the bar next door, only 1 min walk from the b&b. Tv bit small. Comfy bed and spotless room. We decided to stay an extra night and they gave us a nice discount.would def stay here again.

We stayed here for a few days whilst scoping out wedding locations with our local wedding planner Rita. It really is a perfect location, slap bang in the middle of cortona with all its hustle and bustle. Breakfast is taken at the nearby cafe/restaurant and it is delightful to sit there in the morning watching the world go by. The rooms were very neat and tidy and full of old world charm which matches the town perfectly. Would definitely return.
