Five star from start to finish! We had just left Ville D'Este, also a part of same hotel group and a LHW and the service here surpassed the service we received at Ville D'Este! We were greeted by Serena who was so lovely the entire time and made us feel so special and welcome! In fact everyone at this hotel had exceptional service!! Greeting us by name at breakfast and in the bar! Cosimo was extremely friendly and showed us the best service! The free shuttle back and forth into Florence - only 15 mins was perfect and the villa feeling was a retreat from the busy Ana hot city! We loved the spa so much we want to copy it for our own house one day!! The pool and the breakfast was just wow!!! What an incredible memory you left us and the hair products are so good I've ordered them to be shipped to me in LA.

Great site but for 5 stars at a steep price it is very difficult to order a beer … I went to the reception twice, first beer after 35 min! Not allowed to open a door so it's a gymkhana, finally the manager opens the door, every order takes 20 min… for a 5-star it is unacceptable, however the rooms are magnificent, hotel recommended by a Florentine … they are victims of their success and are resting on their laurels
