Hotel Centro

The staff provided us with a room that was not clean and was used by others before even if they were aware that we would have spent the night there. Moreover, when entered in the hotel to check in, the staff was missing. The reception was left without anyone

The room was fine for what we paid. We arrived on a Saturday which was difficult as roads were closed for the market. There was no breakfast option. Enjoyed the market & a local Chinese restaurant. Parking was free in an adjacent square. We had difficulty gaining access to the hotel on arrival as reception was not manned.

Traveling to Florence I have chosen Campi BIsenzio to stay at night. The high street advertising was at the Centro hotel. I parked the car in a square next to the hotel. The hotel is a family business. I got a room. In the morning the breakfast was very poor. The woman and her husband, the owners, were very rude, suspicious, even racist. The old woman and her niece were very friendly amd we have talk to them about our boys who have the same name.
