West Florence

It is located in a residential area of Campibicenzio, a suburb well outside the city centre of Florence. Many of the guests were families with children, and it was lively, or rather noisy. There are two elevators, but one of them is broken and only one is working, and during the check-out time there were many customers coming down from above, so it was difficult to get on. This room was supposed to be twin, but it was a triple room. The room was very large, probably because of that, with three beds, and somehow the middle one was like an extra bed, and it was untidy. Also, the pillow side of the bed was right next to the entrance, which was a bit uncomfortable. The air conditioning was not working well and the structure of the shower was strange, so I could not switch between a hand shower and an overhead shower, so I only washed myself with an overhead shower. What's more, the shower screen was only half the size of the bathtub and the bathroom was flooded. Breakfast was on the first floor (the second floor in Japan) with a view. The coffee (American) was delicious.

I recently stayed at this hotel and i couldn't be more impresse.The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodatinng,ensuring we had everything we needed.Our room was spacious and offered a beautiful view.The location is perfect.

Great breakfast and fresh produce with a wide choice. Friendly atmosphere, excellent friendly service. Highly recommended.
