Extremely disappointing. Infrastructure ok but F&B, breakfast in particular, is appalling. Buffets are not refilled, scrambled eggs are cold and not at all appetizing, soft-boiled eggs are hard. Waiting times for coffee are long, except for some privileged clients who get their coffee from the bar. We even found a fly in the milk and on the food (not at all covered). Poor service and unfriendly waiters. Hotel definitely not in line with 4* standards and therefore definitely overpriced (207€/night). we complained at the reception but remarks not taken into account

On September 19th, we celebrated our wedding at Hotel Airone, surrounded by the affection of our families and our friends. It was an emotional day, and this location was the perfect setting to experience it. The view of the sea and Portoferraio is wonderful, one of those panoramas that make a place truly special. The food was also one of the strong points: everything was delicious, with very generous portions. A heartfelt thank you to Giulia, the manager, and to the entire staff: you were wonderful! You are also in the memory of this beautiful day. I am very happy to have chosen this place for our wedding: we will keep the memory of a day full of joy, shared with the people we love, in a beautiful corner of Elba.🌸✨

We celebrated our wedding on September 19th at Hotel Airone, on the Island of Elba, together with our families and friends. We are truly happy with the choice: the location is beautiful, with a stunning view of the sea and Portoferraio, a perfect setting for such an important day. The food was truly delicious and abundant: quality and quantity, just as we had hoped! Sharing all of this with the people dearest to us made the day even more beautiful. A special mention to Giulia, the manager, and to the entire staff: truly excellent! A big thank you also to them for having contributed to making our wedding so special. As a groom, I could not have wished for better. A place that we will always carry in our hearts and that I recommend to those looking for a location for their wedding.
