Hotel Biodola enjoys an enviable position on the bay and offers potentially high-level services, but the overall experience was severely penalized during dinner. The restaurant dining room lacks an adequate air conditioning system. Dining in an environment with high summer temperatures and without fresh air circulation turned what should have been a relaxing moment into a truly unpleasant and suffocating experience. For a property of this category, and considering the rates charged, air conditioning the dining room to ensure guest comfort should be the bare minimum. It is a real shame, because the quality of the food and the kindness of the staff are deserving, but the impact of the excessive heat during dinner ruined the atmosphere and the pleasure of the stay. We would not return without the certainty of a functioning air conditioning system.

In relation to the fact that it is a 4-star hotel, the place is exceptional. Spectacular natural location, excellent hotel, and excellent quality of customer service. A maniacal attention to the customer shines through in everything. You can see it in the level of cleanliness of all the environments. Really well done. The quality of the restaurant is very high. The only reason why we unfortunately cannot give a full rating is related precisely to the restaurant. While on one hand it is understandable that you want to maintain the “romantic” aspect of dining with the windows open, on the other hand it is unacceptable that the temperature inside the restaurant, aided by the unusual but now normal summer climate, is well above what is tolerable, unfortunately making dinner difficult. And it is truly a shame given the quality of the service and the food prepared. We therefore invite you for the future to at least let guests choose whether to eat with air conditioning or without.

Cleanliness, accurate service, excellent food, stellar mini club, wide beach, beautiful sea, fabulous saltwater pool, kindness and courtesy. At Biodola you stay in enchantment, you really rest, you always feel pampered. Very good
