We discovered it by chance following a family emergency. Excellent residence, very clean and well organized, it really lacks nothing. Very kind and welcoming staff. The pride and joy is the handyman: Saydine!!! A real thank you to the entire staff for the warmth and availability ❤️

First time on the island, which is worth the trip and the vacation for both its sandy beaches and its cliffs. Green, wild, and smelling of the woods. But the property where we stayed was a big disappointment. The pool was nice and clean, although cramped; the location was convenient and strategic, and there is nothing to say about the courtesy and friendliness of the staff, especially at the reception. But the accommodation, regardless of the vacation spirit of adaptation, was uncomfortable, with dated furniture with yellowed plastic, a bulky table that was moved outside to allow for easier movement and more suitable space, a canopy that was worn in places... and for the first 3 days, every morning, we received a punctual good morning from the neighbor, who is also the owner of the studio apartment, who insistently complained about the non-compliant parking. We will not return to this property; the art of hospitality is evidently not innate, but at least we would have appreciated the common sense to leave tourists alone who are looking for peace and tranquility and certainly do not create a disturbance while they are unloading suitcases from the car near the entrance or letting the lady off the scooter at 11:00 PM at the latest. Extra air conditioning for a fee and unstable WiFi. Inconvenience and disappointment.

Strategic location for visiting Elba, residence with pool, bar, and on-site parking. At a distance of 1 km there is a Conad supermarket and pharmacy as well as some restaurants. Reception always friendly and helpful. The only problem encountered, but which is also specified in the residence handbook, is ants, but with a little care you can easily bypass it. Excellent stay
