We paid €50 for two for a few hours at the pool (€25 per person on weekends and €15 on weekdays). The problem isn't so much the price (considering the pool isn't great), but the value for money! The pool was poorly maintained, with hair in the water, cigarette butts near the lounge chairs, a lounge chair with a broken umbrella, and dirty, poorly stocked bathrooms. For the price requested, one would certainly expect more attention to cleanliness and maintenance of the spaces.

Disappointed. We spent 3 nights there. First of all, the air conditioning in the room didn't cool it down, so we had very difficult nights because it was very hot in there! The mosquitoes, but they can't do anything about that! Be aware that the pool is open to people from outside (by reservation), but we were out of luck because we were there on the weekend, so there were quite a few people at the pool! As for the parking (if you can call it that), be careful if you arrive in the afternoon, there are no spots because they are taken by the people from the pool, and besides, the spot is on a slope along the villa; I don't call that a parking lot! Basic breakfast. On the other hand, the restaurant is really good; I recommend the prime rib to share, which is amazing! And a thank you to Johnnatan, who speaks French and is really very nice and smiling (the only one who spoke to us, by the way). Very clean room. Superb pool.

I returned to this characteristic Tuscan place in every aspect. From the unique cuisine to the dedication and hospitality I receive every time in this wonderful place where the Etruscans once lived. In the evening, my partner and I relax with the fantastic DOCG wine from Carmignano and top-notch cuisine in a beautiful setting. Just 20 minutes from this splendid city, which we reach by train from Signa, we are immediately in the center, and in the evening the fantastic pool welcomes us for a dip in the cool natural rock waters. Spacious rooms with terraces and not just excellent breakfast. Swallows and nature around the nearby woods, a delight. Sometimes my partner and I, unfortunately often, find ourselves in 5-star hotels in Italy, and I must say that this place has nothing to envy; in fact, surprises are always around the corner, and we get quite upset. This place has absolutely nothing less in its hospitality than others, surely only the truly low price. Thank you, I share this with those who seek and want to feel good! I almost forgot: this year there are also yoga lessons by Master Sry Sry Ravi Shankar, which are held in a very small center right inside the structure by reservation, wahoooo, thanks again!
