Canado Hotel e Residence

The extreme proximity of the sea and the pool to the accommodations is very convenient. Excellent and high-quality cuisine, extremely kind staff. The cleanliness of the room was good but not excellent; we even found ants on the bed. Pools are not very beautiful. Overall a nice resort, perhaps too expensive for the services it offers.

Family vacation, we had a small mix-up with the room but the very well-trained and kind staff resolved it immediately. Perfect restaurant, food always varied and very good. All common areas always very well-kept and clean. The rooms, the renovated ones, are really very beautiful, spacious and comfortable. Rooms always very clean and tidy. Perfect green areas. The only flaw is the kids' club, the nannies were poorly organized and did not interact much with the children who therefore did not want to be left by their parents. Furthermore, there is a trip planned for Thursday that no one at the baby club talks about, and when you ask to go, the nannies say it had to be booked by the week before with instructions at the reception. Otherwise, everything was truly perfect.

We were very comfortable in our room. There were three adults and a three-year-old girl. Beautiful pools and a beautiful sea. Excellent food at both breakfast and dinner. We actually had half board. Cleaning needs to be improved. Many ants and sheets and towels not always very clean. But overall we had a great time and we will definitely return.
