Splendid facility but Spartan rooms. Wi-fi working intermittently and very low speed. Abundant breakfast but nothing special. A note of merit to Barbara at the reception who bends over backwards to fulfill requests: GREAT JOB. Furthermore… The property is on the national road, so the rooms that face it are noisy. To finish.... I thought this hotel, considered the best in Abetone, would be better.

Well-managed hotel, very well-maintained in the decor of the rooms and common areas, professional and kind staff, excellent spa, and Mr. Raffaele, an expert massage therapist and holistic practitioner of high professionalism. I had an indescribable treatment with him for the body and even more so for the spirit. Excellent breakfast, superlative desserts.
