Agriturismo Villa Graziani

One of those discoveries that deserve to be shared. Villa Graziani is a beautiful nineteenth-century villa surrounded by greenery, capable of conveying all the charm and history of a bygone era. The rooms are furnished in accordance with the original style of the villa, with furniture and details that contribute to creating an elegant and authentic atmosphere. We particularly appreciated the silence that envelops the property, ideal for those who wish to disconnect from routine and rejuvenate. The beautiful park that surrounds the villa, rich in evocative vegetation, makes the stay even more enjoyable. Moreover, the sea of the Etruscan Coast is easily reachable in just a few minutes. A special thanks to the staff, always very kind, available, and attentive to the needs of the guests. Our room was comfortable, clean, and very quiet. The breakfast, simple and typically Italian, was nonetheless appreciated and perfect for starting the day. We recommend Villa Graziani to those seeking tranquility, charm, and a stay immersed in nature without sacrificing proximity to the sea. Certainly a place to return to.

The super sweet service in the restaurant and breakfast room. The ladies really did everything to please you, there is nothing but praise for that. But here it is. I had booked a room with air conditioning, but it didn't work, when complaining to the reception they told me that the boss had decided that the air conditioning could not be turned on because it had not been so hot in the weeks before. It was May 31 our day of arrival 33°! With such a temperature, air conditioning is very nice. But there was no question of the air conditioning turning on because "the boss is the boss", and if I didn't agree I had to contact Booking. So I did and this friendly employee called to the location and was told a completely different story, because the air conditioning was broken and the mechanic was on his way and would fix it. The Booking agent asked if I could wait until the next day and then there had to be another solution. Yes what else can you do if there is already paid and not 1-2-3 another hotel is found So we wait until the next day, but what should have been a beautiful end to a wonderful trip, already got a very sour taste. The next day after we get back the receptionist tells us that there is 1 other room where the air conditioning did work (I thought it was just a bullshit story but yes), and if agreed we could have it. We went to see and when using to better we took this room. I was so angry, frustrated, sad because what I had imagined was completely destroyed, at 28-33° you can have air conditioning in your bedroom as far as I am concerned. Made overnight stays at 8 locations on this trip and what I had suggested the best of was the biggest disappointment.! The wait staff was super friendly and helpful, who did the best to make the guests feel at home. And the receptionist sometimes thinks he's the lord of the castle, that's how he behaves, as long as you don't complain about extras paid for. Booking.com promised compensation of 15% only a pittance for the frustration but yes, day later the entire conversation was deleted from my account and there was € 10 credit in my account.....that was the gift for the inconvenience. So for us no Booking and never no Villa Graziana Vada anymore what a losers.!!!

The hotel has a beautiful Mood, spacious rooms and a really great garden where you can relax. Thanks to the good location Pisa and Vinci are within easy reach, and directly opposite there is a practical restaurant. The friendly staff and the breakfast are particularly positive, which is simple but sufficient. Less pleasant were the very hard mattresses and bad pillows as well as ants in the room. The house also looks a bit museum-like in places, and the breakfast becomes a bit monotonous for longer stays – a little variety would be desirable.
