Well-equipped and clean apartment Non-existent WiFi network; being 2026, I find the situation anachronistic given the very poor mobile network coverage. Pool and lounge chair spots insufficient for the number of people who need to use them (12 umbrellas for more than 100 apartments)

I was absolutely satisfied with this choice. I admit I was lucky to have accommodation far from everyone and without neighbors. Absolutely clean and practically new accommodation. Well-kept garden and pool a one-minute walk away. Pool always clean and quiet. Everyone very polite and helpful. Truly a great place. In my opinion, a small refreshment area is missing, perhaps near the pool. The only two notes I have are the lack of window screens (essential) and the Wi-Fi in the house because the phone didn't get a signal unless I was in the middle of the street, and unfortunately I needed it for work. For the rest, everything is truly excellent.

Great property just minutes from the sea. The strengths are the tranquility, cleanliness of the accommodation and helpfulness of the staff. The property is beautiful nestled in the Tuscan hills, recommended!
