Il Poggio Alla Pieve Apartments

Peace and quiet, a lovely place. On top of a hill with wonderful scenery all around always with a pleasant breeze even on warmer days. For several years now one of my references for family holidays. Honorable mention for the welcome, kindness and helpfulness of Dario and Cristina

Fantastic weekend, fabulous location, owner (DARIO) of unparalleled professionalism and kindness, super welcoming, spacious and clean rooms, a quiet place to relax and spend a worry-free holiday Definitely coming back

We had a fantastic stay here as a family (a couple with 3 older sons (14, 18 and 24 with his girlfriend). Our apartment was on two floors and very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms with showers. We felt very comfortable, also because the rooms are tastefully furnished. It is also very clean. The pool is absolutely amazing! When we went sightseeing (Pisa, Lucca, Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra and Siena) we always came back in the late afternoon and enjoyed the pool to the full. The sea is about 20 minutes away by car. Dario and his wife gave us excellent tips for fine trattorias and shopping. All in all we enjoyed a wonderful, relaxing holiday. I can highly recommend this accommodation!
