La Canonica di Cortine

Aniello was a perfect host and the food was very nice! Great overal experience. So this was my review, but there is one problem: I need to write at least 200 words. Now I need just a couple more and now I’m complete.

From the moment we enquired about booking everything was perfect. They could not do enough to make sure our trip was amazing. The property was beautiful, the surroundings equally so and nothing was too much trouble. The perfect holiday!

We were all surprised that the villa was even more impressive than the photos! This was truly a wonderful place to stay with friends. The accommodation was Villa Castrum, part of the Canonica di Cortine. It was very grand and very old style Italian but also very comfortable with all facilities laid on. The gardens and grounds and the pool area were amazing. The whole experience was delightful but what made it special for us were the absolutely delicious meals cooked for us every evening by 2 gorgeous local ladies, Signora Carla and Signora Gabriella. Tuscan traditional cooking at its best! I would thoroughly recommend this villa for a group of 10 - 14.
