Decidedly negative experience. The apartment is much smaller than the listing suggests. The bedroom has no windows and is separated from the kitchen only by a half-height wall, probably to let in some light. This solution, however, guarantees neither privacy nor adequate air circulation. Furthermore, the apartment is located under a roof exposed to the sun, so the internal temperature becomes extremely high. Instead of an air conditioning system, there were only fans, which are not sufficient to make the environment comfortable during the hottest days. If three people are staying, the third must sleep on a sofa bed located directly in the kitchen, a decidedly uncomfortable and impractical arrangement. Making the experience even worse was the attitude of the owner, who proved to be arrogant and unhelpful. Overall, the value for money was disappointing and I would not recommend this apartment.

Nice place, located in the beautiful countryside of Castel del Piano. Clean place, but the apartment was really missing many things; a drying rack for laundry, a small oven, and a washing machine would certainly have been useful. Another flaw, of no small importance, is that at the time of booking, it is said that the dog is welcome, but it is not specified that it is only accepted in the apartment and not at the pool. We are therefore invited to leave the dog alone in the apartment. I was even asked not to be present near the pool on crowded days because the dog could have set a precedent with other residents. Therefore, anyone who has a dog should specifically ask if the dog can stay near the pool umbrella in addition to being alone in the closed apartment. And don't do anything about it. Another thing, we were left to fend for ourselves; in fact, I needed something, I called, and the residence representative did not answer.
