Residenza i Massini

Beautiful location and an amazing pool. Very friendly and helpful staff. This is not self-catering - apartments had no plates, glassware or cutlery. Breakfast isn't worth it for the price but lack of of options locally means you're stuck unless you shop on your way. No pool towels provided, only their towels sold at €20 per towel. No tennis rackets to hire despite having a court on site. Despite descriptions online there are no walkable restaurants or shops. Also said multinight stays would have daily room cleaning. This didn't happen so coffee wasn't restocked either.

Bad experience. I had already been to the Massini estate and I must say that over the years it has deteriorated a lot. Dirt in the rooms and too many mosquitoes and gnats, including even bees in the garden ... I came home full of insect bites. The rooms are the usual ones from several years ago from which the lack of air conditioning has a great impact on the quality of sleep especially when the climate is hot or cold. Shower with hot water that comes and goes... for what you spend I would say it's time to give a nice maintenance to the housing and proper pest control in the green areas especially if you are in the presence of children who have sensitive skin. Moreover, on our return after an exit we realized that some personal belongings were missing, we can not know if it was the cleaning or someone entered from the terrace since the door does not close well and the gate that connects to the room even opens from the outside (just pull in the lever) ... for sure I would not go back because so it is dangerous especially when you sleep the possibility of someone entering your room should not be there.

My mom had to go to the emergency room after a heat stroke during the wedding in this Villa, they do not have enough shaded areas and in the dining room they had the air conditioner broken. Consequently, with the greenhouse effect that was created, it was warmer inside than outside. We could not eat anything even though the food was good.
