It is a good hotel. Food not fantastic. Excellent location for walks

Strategic location, excellent breakfast, friendly and welcoming staff. A special round of applause to the guide who organized the excursions in the morning, Roberto, and to his collaborator Federico, who also manages bike trekking; they are truly prepared and competent. A very high rating, therefore, for our week of vacation. One small note: the lack of care for the road to get to the property... truly too many potholes, but I imagine this is not the hotel's responsibility. Lucio and Marcella 08/30/26

We wanted to give it a chance after the last time two years ago, but we noted the persistence of a terrible value for money. Meanwhile, after notifying them that we were vegetarians, we arrived at the restaurant where the head waiter was totally unprepared and made us choose the only two vegetarian dishes (a first course and an appetizer) and had the chef improvise two main courses for us… when we could have also chosen dishes from the a la carte menu, but it was not offered to us. As an appetizer, a tasteless panzanella, stuff not worthy of a hotel of this level and with such prices. It is hot in the room and since there is only a duvet, you either sweat or sleep uncovered. At breakfast, it took 10 minutes to get a cappuccino and the buffet is not at the level of a 4-star hotel. To conclude, the lady at the reception at our check-out did not even ask us how our stay was and barely said goodbye to us. For me, truly low level.
