Terrible experience: broken air conditioner and sleepless night We stayed at this property recently and unfortunately the experience was decidedly negative. The air conditioner in our room was not working. We reported the problem to the reception immediately, but it was not possible to fix it, nor were we offered an alternative room. Due to the stifling heat in the room, it was literally impossible to get a wink of sleep all night. From a hotel, one expects at the very least to be able to rest, but this fundamental service was missing. At check-out, we did not receive even a small discount or a gesture of apology for the serious inconvenience suffered. Pool area needs to be reviewed: uneven floor, broken and sagging sun loungers, no shade area, water full of hair and stones at the bottom. Non-existent bar service and terrible cocktails Breakfast needs to be reviewed; if you get the time wrong, you find crumbs, fizzy juices, and sour yogurt can only accompany it. Not to mention dinner; we were staying at their hotel literally 50 meters away and at 10:45 PM they made us get up because they had to close... Staff annoyed by the presence of guests We will not return and we do not recommend it to anyone.

Unfortunately, we had a terrible stay at this property. We booked a Superior room for 3 nights. As soon as we entered the room, we found the air conditioning making a very annoying noise and it could not be adjusted, since the adjustment buttons were broken; it could only be turned off or on (at the time of booking, the room was advertised with independently controlled air conditioning, but we could not even select the temperature). Another problem found in the bathroom with the toilet flush that would come off every time it was touched. After the first sleepless night due to the noise of the air conditioner, we immediately reported the situation the next morning and were told that the plumber would come to check… no one showed up. During the day, we asked 3 times when the problem would be resolved and we were always given the same answer that the plumber would come. The staff seems very indifferent to the situation. The pool is in quite pathetic condition, nothing like the photos you see on the site; the bottom is dirty with pebbles and hair, the poolside lounge chairs are dated, discolored, and some are even broken and without sunshades. The umbrellas were also broken and beat up; I would expect much more from a 4-star hotel. Very little choice for breakfast, a few croissants thrown there and not much else, with a bunch of flies buzzing around. I will stop here and not list everything else, otherwise I would never finish. Do not make our mistake of giving the benefit of the doubt to the previous reviews…
