We went in 18 people to Fattoria for a wedding, the place very beautiful, the food very good, the wine too, in some apartments did not work the air conditioning, this is already quite difficult in the European summer, another point is that the shower came very little water. There was no need for these undue charges, stained all the glory of the place. I recommend looking for another hotel to stay in Tuscany. LASTIMABLE

We stayed with our family for 3 days, the place is perfect, the food dispenses words, the cordiality of the staff very good. But the surprise came at the time of checkout undue charges and collection for material damages, which we believe is an architectural policy to charge high values. This is unfortunate, ending up with a perfect experience to try to prevail somehow. If you want to charge more, you should do it honestly and truthfully by charging clearly and fairly the prices of the days and meals and not in order to deceive or manipulate the situation. As a Representative and evaluator of locations for IVS (Italy vacation specialist I am making this review because we book and recommend this place for our clients. However sadly today I was met with an unprofessional attitude by the lady with black curly hair and glasses at the reception who did not give me her name. I approached her and told her I was here to pick up our clients to which she confirmed we're there. I then asked her where to park the van and if I had to get close to their dwelling place to get their luggage. She completely ignored me so I figured she was finding their location. Then some other clients came in to check out. She then asked me to please move away from the desk because she needed to attend to the clients. I moved and asked again if the can was in the right place to which she snapped that she would be with me after she dealt with the clients. So I waited and when the clients left she went about her buisness and ignored my presence again. When I finally approached her again she said snapped in very condescending way saying yes yes you're in the right place and the clients will be here for check out. I told her I would put in a not to IVS about the way she treats the driver because as a company we see the way they treat the drivers as a possible way they will also treat the clients we send them. She got furious and told me I was imagining things. At this point another colleague of hers walked in with clients and immediately defended her without having even understood the situation. Things got very hostile and and so I stepped out to avoid further interaction. It was highly unprofessional.
