Wonderful experience, especially the massage. Gianmarco was truly exceptional, professional, and friendly; relaxation guaranteed! The hotel and spa were beautiful, and the food at the restaurant was very good.

Extremely negative experience. The property is in a total state of decay and, above all, is very different from what was shown in the photographs published on Booking at the time of booking. The images showed modern, well-kept, and clean rooms, while the reality we found was unfortunately quite different. The most serious situation occurred during the night, when water was literally raining into the room from the ceiling through the ventilation system. Added to this is a decidedly insufficient level of cleanliness and staff that we found inadequate in handling the reported problems. I consider the strong discrepancy between the photographs used to present the property and its actual condition to be particularly serious. A stay absolutely below what was advertised and the expectations created at the time of booking.

An experience not to be repeated. Unfortunately, my experience at this facility was deeply disappointing and far from what was promised on the website and in the advertisements. The advertised rooms do not correspond at all to reality: deceptive photos, misleading descriptions, and a level of comfort decidedly below the minimum. We couldn't even rest due to the poor quality of the mattress and the poorly maintained environment with humidity in the walls. Outside the hotel, the situation is even worse: the parking spaces face a public road, they are not marked but there are only signs hanging up, and there is no video surveillance; in fact, our car was damaged. An enormous inconvenience that a serious hotel should never allow. We also booked massages, but the little room turned out to be so hot that it was difficult even to breathe, without adequate air conditioning and without any respect for the guest's well-being. To make matters even worse, after an accidental fall, I requested the intervention of the First Aid and Safety Officer, a mandatory figure in any accommodation facility. There was simply no one present at the hotel at that moment. No procedure, no competence, no protection. A very serious incident. The management, finally, was totally absent: no one available to handle serious problems, no one who took the responsibility to intervene and discuss it with us. Superficial and unacceptable management. In conclusion, a stay that is an understatement to call disastrous. I will never return, and I strongly advise against this facility to anyone looking for professionalism, safety, and respect for the customer.
