Villa La Borghetta Resort

I have been a customer for several years; I stayed at this property at the end of August with my husband, taking advantage of the spa, the pool, and the massages. I must say everything was perfect as always; there was only a small issue in the room that was promptly and perfectly handled by the reception. I confirm that they took the utmost care of the customer! We will return soon!

We returned today and I wanted to express an Excellent opinion on the facility, all the staff, the rooms, the comfort, the restaurant and the Wellness Center! In particular to Sonia and Francesca who were wonderful to us and to the kindness, cordiality, professionalism and knowledge of Mr. Giovanni at the Reception! Villa La Borghetta is located in a lush green area in a privileged and quiet position. The rooms are spacious and clean, even if they need modernization work on the systems, especially the plumbing. The Two Hearts in Tuscany package proved to be an excellent choice for the value of the cost and services included. The spa can count on very competent staff: Barbara in particular proved to be truly professional! The restaurant was the real surprise: the dinner menu was not trivial, and every dish is presented with an attention to detail worthy of the most prestigious kitchens. The morning breakfast, conversely, should certainly be better taken care of and made richer (if you arrive last for breakfast, you find almost nothing left). Overall, the structure is very beautiful but it should also be better maintained, for example by eliminating the too many decorations of fake plants and flowers inside that clash with the natural context in which the villa itself is located. The only real aspect not appreciated is the lack of kindness and availability of the staff (apart from the SPA operators): poor reception service as well as the staff in charge of breakfast and dinner. For a four-star property, I believe the kindness and availability of the internal staff is a must.
