A Firenze da Paolo

An awful experience. Bad place with bad people. Dishonest and disrespectful. Dirty. Stay away. Stuff is not responding to any contact attempts. Not by phone. Not by emails. Not through booking. Not reliable. Not worthy. Just no. It's a bad way to start with Florence. Ouch!

The room was very cozy. The owner was very friendly and, although he didn't speak good English, he advised us on what to do during the trip. There was a tramvia stop nearby, so connection to the city centre was great and fast. Breakfast was decent, but there was no problem with it.

I loved my stay at Paolo's, he made sure we're super comfortable and recommended all the nice places in Florence. His apartment is very clean, and although you share the place with some others (3 rooms) he keeps everything organized and ensure the place is cleaned and cared for twice a day. His breakfast is not the best though, yet you can always get your stuff and make your own breakfast. The location is great with accessibility to all public transportation and pretty much close to anywhere you need to go.
