1- In the breakfast room, there's a kid who looks like Neymar. He took away the only clean table we were going to sit at, claiming it was reserved. The rest of the tables are in terrible condition, as you can see in the video. It's not the kid's fault; how is he supposed to clear the tables, serve, or clean them all by himself...?
2- The rooms are very small, there aren't even wardrobes, you have to hang your clothes on open hangers.
3- You go into the shower and the shower head is broken, as seen in the photos.
4- They didn't even think to provide bathroom slippers for after showering, as you can see in the photos, thankfully there was a toothbrush and toothpaste.
5- The distance between the sink and the faucet is so small that your hand touches the sink while washing, it's a disgusting feeling, as seen in the photos.
6- The air conditioner was broken, but luckily the weather was ideal so it wasn't needed.
7- You're watching a World Cup match, and even though the volume is set to 7, reception can call you and say that someone in the next room is disturbed by the noise.
8- The walls are so thin that you can hear the wall moving and the sound of the socket being plugged in in the next room, so it's perfectly normal for the next room to be disturbed by the noise.
In short, while it's not very centrally located, considering all the other issues, it's definitely not a hotel worth staying at.

We stayed for 5 nights in May 2026. A lot of positives, but a few oddities and negatives that made this hotel not worth the price for us.
The location is not great- residential with few restaurants and shops nearby. We finally found a CarreFour Express which helped. It was quite removed from Florence, and not the best area to walk at night.
The room was good- nice view, windows that opened (but no screens… so mosquitos!). Housekeeping was fabulous. Had some issues with the coffee maker.
One note- the door to the bathroom is glass with no seal. So, if you need privacy from your roommate, this is not for you!
Rooftop deck was nice- not staffed so a common access space, but lovely for a quiet snack or dinner from the local grocery.
Breakfast was fine. Oddly not included- even for Titanium- but a daily F&B credit helped with the cost. Odd that a hotel in Italy gave the credit in USD, but I guess that’s what they do. Some additional refrigeration and chaffing dishes to keep things hot and cold would be nice, but the selection and quality was great.
The staff is outstanding. The bartenders, servers, front desk were all fun, friendly and efficient. They made this stay much better than it would have been.
For the cost, I wouldn’t recommend this property, but maybe on points or on a Greta deal I would stay again.

We stayed here 2 nights while exploring Florence on vacation. We had 2 rooms that were adjoining with one door. The one thing that stood out the most was how clean the entire hotel was - lobby, rooms, breakfast area, and restaurant. The parking garage under the hotel was a bonus for our rental car. Great place to recharge and relax.
