This establishment is a scam. They won’t let you in even if you’ve paid for your booking through an agency and they won’t refund your money. We made a reservation to enter on October 7 and were provided with a link to check in and pay tourist fees. We tried to do it with several different cards, but the system always gave error. When we spoke to the owner to tell him about it he refused to help us and told us he was cancelling the booking. We asked him to go to the apartment to do the procedure and he refused flatly. We thought he was already busy with the apartment and didn't want us to go in. So he left us on the street and we had to find somewhere else to stay. On our return he refuses to return to the agency what we pay for the stay. Clear scam.

We could not access our accommodation this is unacceptable. This person was not there to meet us and was unreachable on the phone no provided in our notes from our travel agent. There were no alternative contact details on the front door. We tried the emergency contact in the USA given to us in our notes, but they were not reachable because it was past the middle of the night there. While we were waiting in the rain there were at least 10 people accessing the building so this led us to believe that the accommodation was fully booked. I think for this reason the manager/owner made himself uncontactable. We had to find alternative accommodation at short notice. The next we finally managed to contact this man and our experience with this lowlife was similar to all the other negative reviews. The only positive was we were able to recover our accommodation cost. This outfit should not be operating. Do not book here. Ther are better more professional alternatives.

Never go to this place. We arrived to wait for the owner who was to meet us at 4pm.He did not show up and everytime we tried ringing him his phone was switched off.So on a wet day after 5pm we had to look for alternative acomodation.Our phones were going flat and Google maps was not helpful.. Finally we found somewhere else to stay.The people at this hotel were very helpful and managed the next day to get the guy on the phone.He was rude, kept lying and would not refund our money nor offer any acomodation.It was a horrible experience and as we were waiting at the apartment we saw lost of people entering the building and we think he had double booked the place.
