Albergo Del Chianti

We went to the wine festivals in Panzano with 8 friends and thoroughly enjoyed Greve in Chianti and the beautiful surroundings. Unfortunately, the hotel was very disappointing and this was really below our expectations. The pool was a big disappointment: there was a lot of wet grass, clay, and insects around and in the pool, there were no sunbeds and therefore it was not at all inviting to stay there. The dinner was also very disappointing. For €40 per person, we really expected more from this. We did not like the quality and price ratio and later we would have preferred to eat somewhere else in the area. In short: the surroundings and the wine festivals were great, but the hotel unfortunately affected our experience quite negatively. For us, the stay was therefore disappointing.

What a fantastic gem in the Greve Piazza, the location is fantastic, the staff are friendly, nice and relaxed atmosphere, and the breakfast included in the room rate is excellent! A nice big swimming pool to cool off in after a warm day of wine tasting in Chianti as well. Highly recommended.

A stay characterized by elegance and hospitality We spent a truly pleasant stay in a property capable of combining comfort, tranquility, and a pleasantly familiar atmosphere. The pool is an added value that makes the experience even more relaxing: you feel almost at home, but with all the comforts. The location is excellent, right in the center of town, with all the main services easily reachable. Furthermore, it represents an excellent starting point for exploring the Chianti region and the splendid surrounding localities. Special appreciation goes to the entire staff, who were always friendly, helpful, and professional. The attention and quality of the service contributed to making the stay even more pleasant. A property that I highly recommend to those who wish to experience the Chianti region in a welcoming, well-kept environment with an authentic feeling of hospitality. Greetings from Marco and Rossella
