🏨 My stay at the hotel was good. ♿️🟟� It is accessible only the entrance and the first rooms of the first floor, then to enter the hall there are small stairs. 🧃At the entrance there is a small machine to buy water and sodas. 👍🏻 The service was excellent, super friendly the receptionists. 🔨 Breakfast is in the works so no breakfast is available. 🛏️ I stayed in room 304, it is modern. In the first environment it is set for children, with two beds available and a closet. There is also a tray with electric kettle, tea and cups. In the other room is a double bed with a smart TV. 🚿 The bathroom is spacious, the shower is good, and the towel radiator is so hot that clothes dry right away, it is very useful especially on rainy days. A negative point is that it is quite exhausting to get to the room, especially after touring the city, as you go up one floor by elevator, then go down a long corridor and up another two floors.

A great hotel, 24-hour reception and beautiful, modern and comfortable rooms. I arrived at about 2:30 in the morning and finding the hotel was very easy. The staff is very courteous and really helpful. There is also the possibility to leave your bags there if you arrive too early for check-in or checkout you want to take a ride before leaving. No unfavorable points, everything great, even the location because in 5 minutes walk you get to the Duomo. I have already recommended it to people I know Thank you so much for making my stay even more enjoyable in this fantastic city.

a stay of two nights, for a weekend double bedroom with all the amenities clean, tidy and well laid out. friendly and helpful staff. convenient location (just behind Santa Maria Novella station, a short walk from the center of Florence) good quality price! recommended
