Central and near to all places, Processional Crew, Suite have two Rooms that is very nice. Breakfast is good.

Great location, mosquito infestation in room made stay so uncomfortable staff on reception ignored.

We really enjoyed our last night in Florence at this hotel. The hotel staff were welcoming and very helpful. Our room was exceptionally clean, the beds were comfy and it was a very pretty room with views out onto the square. It was also very conveniently located to both the train station and not far from the airport. We would definitely stay here again.
