Decent location. Staff were OK, but many seemed irritable. We booked a double room - which was two single beds pushed together, which we repeatedly fell through during the night. One silver lining was the lost and found booth where travelers could claim what others had left behind. That aside, would not stay here again. FYI, we paid £166 for one night.

Perfect location, and very friendly staff (shoutout to Andriy and Arianna). Ostello bello was exactly what I was looking for.

Ostello Bello Firenze is such a wonderful hostel! Perfect location, clean, fun atmosphere. Andriy checked us in and was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area, he gave us some great food recs! The hostel also has fun activities each night to connect with others and has a cool bar called Kava-Bar when you check in where you can get a free drink! Would definitely stay here again.
