We stayed here 5 years ago. Now decided to come back with our little one. Is as beautiful as we remembered it . Room had amazing views, the gardens are just gorgeous. Staff super friendly, knew our little one by name and were super attentive to everything. Restaurant was really good, though I missed the “polpo crocante” that use to be in the menu. Planning to come back again!!

This place is beautiful! Wonderful staff, good breakfast buffet, great place that is still a walkable distance from city center Florence. Still able to get away from the hustle and bustle, and rest comfortably. Highly recommend this place!

At most a 2-star hotel. Small rooms, some of which are unkempt. Where the many top reviews come from... who knows... Completely overpriced restaurant. What is really great is the garden and the park. The parking spaces are also excellent. I personally would never stay there again.
