From arriving to a warm welcome and a glass of bubbles, swift suitcase transfer to our room, the Tivoli has not been anything other than a real treat. The staff make the comfortable, elegant surroundings a class hotel. Just spending time in the bar area sipping well recommended wine and chatting to the wonderful staff was as special to us as Florence itself is. Augustina, Chiara and Antonella are excellent at their job and make our holiday more magical! The rooms was large and cool, with a very comfortable bed and the bedding and bath towels great quality. Great detailed extras like toothbrushes, sewing kit and all a guest could possibly need. Having gluten free and nut allergies were handled so easily with options made available so we could enjoy meals. The chief, Salvatore Canargiu created such delicious gluten free food and even shared a few minutes with us. His passion for the food he creates is infectious. The hotel is a 5 star treat and strongly recommended as a great location for any visit to Florence.

The Tivoli Palazzo Gaddi Firenze is a beautiful hotel. It is quaint and charming. It is a five minute walk from the train station and about a seven minute walk to the Duomo. It is close to all shopping and restaurants. The hotel is very clean, the housekeeping is excellent, and the buffet breakfast is wonderful. I would definitely recommend staying here on a trip to Florence. You will not be disappointed.

Whether you are in town for business or leisure, it serves as the perfect home base. It is centrally located, making it incredibly easy to navigate the area, access local transportation, and explore nearby attractions without any hassle, however what make this hotel fantastic is his Extraordinary Team. While the location and rooms are fantastic, what truly sets this hotel apart is its staff. They are the heart and soul of this establishment. The Lobby & Reception: We were greeted with warm, genuine smiles that immediately set a welcoming tone for our trip. The Concierge: They went above and beyond to offer tailored recommendations, assist with bookings, and ensure our itinerary was completely stress-free. The Restaurant Staff: Dining here was a joy, not just because of the food, but because the service team was so attentive, accommodating, and kind. The most remarkable thing about the team is how they make you feel. They are remarkably helpful and endlessly accommodating. They don't just treat you like a guest; they make you feel like you are at home—and honestly, even better. It is abundantly clear that they will do absolutely anything in their power to make your stay fantastic. If you are looking for a place that combines ultimate convenience, luxury comfort, and world-class, deeply personal hospitality, look no further. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!
