A hotel that is fine if you are just passing through. Very large room at an excellent price compared to the city average. The decor is modern, but basic and needs to be reviewed: the shower door hits the towel rack and instead of a handle it has a hole. So when you take a shower (in my room it was less than lukewarm, alas) you risk flooding the bathroom. Unfortunately, I didn't find the pillow comfortable at all; it seemed like simple foam, but perhaps it's my own issue because I'm used to a different posture and pillow... Excellent location because of the tram very close by. Very great and super helpful staff. Breakfast with a great selection and very varied.

Well-located property; very close to the tram stop that goes both to the center (dropping you off at the S. Maria Novella station) and to the airport. The reception staff is super helpful, kind, and attentive to the customer's needs. Very spacious room, even if some minor maintenance is missing (e.g., shower drain without a grate). Very well-stocked breakfast (both sweet and savory) with gluten-free products as well (packaged). The only thing I noticed, and I also pointed it out to the girl present at breakfast, was that the labels for the various products (cakes, brioches) were missing or did not correspond to the products where they were placed. This, for me, as I am lactose intolerant, put me in a bit of a crisis, as I could not understand what I could eat or not. The girl pointed out a product suitable for me, also offering to bring me something, and this was certainly nice, but more attention is definitely needed beforehand in placing the labels. Otherwise, everything is okay. Paid indoor parking.
